Dear Board
I'd like to make an allegation violation regarding Boris Orkin.
I request that the Board of Registration in Medicine to take prompt action in requiring Boris Orkin to obey the regulations of the Board with respect to using his name in advertisements that he sponsors or pays for either directly or through other names like:
Repro and Womencare
His name is not in the yellow page ads for his office known as Women's Health Services. This is listed under his name in the Secretary of State's office.
This is in violation of The Board of Medicine's CMR regulations. Enclosed are the regulations and the Yellow Page advertisement. The violated CMR regulations are 243 CRMR 2.07(11)d that requires "full licensee shall include in an advertisement or professional notice his full name, business address, and degree."
Boris Orkin is the principal physician and owner that is noncompliant.
